@XfinitySupport I already chatted with support & signed up (useless) text notification. It's just sad and pathetic given the premium fees @comcast charges yet extended outage is so common nowadays (still no Internet, more than an hour)

@nick_seigler @Imfoolsgold @bobpockrass Well no one but that’s usually what people mean by saying lower level. I doubt either would wanna go back down and race xfinity again. Ryan might as well just stick to modifies for at that point. I think it’s cup or nothing else who knows.

Didn't want to write an email to my apartment complex saying that the "promo" Comcast is offering us sucks, but it had to happen. Fiber Internet is awesome, but it's not worth it if my download speeds will decrease.

@Xfinity really rests on their laurels since they have government sanctioned monopolies. Look. I get billing is complicated. My bill goes up $15 in December and I don't know why.3 support representatives with completely different excuses why, and I'm no closer to understanding

Ive tried to get through to Xfinity customer service multiple times in the last hour and the robot just hangs up on me or the wait time is too long I should not be paying 116$ a month for internet when I have outages half the time 😡

Was on hold 1hr & 38 minutes before I spoke with a rep at @Xfinity. Prior to holding the automated system wasn’t comprehending🤬. Today, I was given the wrong # to setup up svc. Thanks to Ricardo Vasquez he set things up & my 71 year old father has internet. That’s customer svc!
