  @XfinitySupport I tried dm'ing, you but my LTE is also slow due to not living next to a cellphone tower. I paid 200 dollars for xfinity's wifi extenders yet they're always slow.

  @Xfinity Work in my area has caused my internet to go out totally and the soonest you can get a tech on it is NEXT weekend??? Whomever is doing the service work the past two days that caused this should be on this NOW!!!
