Man, I forgot how much I loathe the customer service of @comcast. All I want to do is speak to a person to make changes to my service, and they won’t let me without going through a stupid, labyrinthine digital system that won’t let me do what I need to do. I miss @comcastcares.

@XfinitySupport I tried dm'ing, you but my LTE is also slow due to not living next to a cellphone tower. I paid 200 dollars for xfinity's wifi extenders yet they're always slow.
