Great Store/Emplyees

The employees at this location go above and beyond every time I've been there. Not all locations have the happiest employees, but this one does. Got my Milwaukee drills there and they've been great to use. I could tell they were a return but they were immaculate out of the box still.

Outstanding Customer Service

I was very upset with my online order. I bought an attic fan for my home, my electrician was installing it and the motor was no good, it didn’t run well then it started smoking! I was extremely upset, boxed it up and took it to my local Home Depot to return it. I was not in a mission to ruin anyone’s day, but I was very upset about my experience. I was greeted by Denise at the customer service desk who went above and beyond assisting me and processing my return. She was working the desk alone, and had a small line waiting. She efficiently kept the line moving, but made sure to take her time with each customer making sure their needs have been fully met. She understood my concern and empathized with me and my experience. I have never experienced this level of care and kindness at any Home Depot before and I hope to deal with her again in the future if needed. Please thank and reward your outstanding employee as it is important that people who are good at their jobs are appreciated and know it. There’s not enough good and useful customer service representatives out there like her. Thank you Denise!

Lazy managers and younger employees.

I watched a manager respond completely disrespectfully to a salesperson trying to get me some assistance. A manager sauntering by couldn't be bothered to actually help. She just gave the elderly sales lady (Marge) a nasty response. No excuses for that! On top of that, I stood their for a 1/2 hour while my very nice saleslady walked the length of the store trying to find a pallet truck operator (nobody answered her phone calls). There was a younger employee walking through the store eating ice cream (8 a.m. mind you), and I saw another employee just sitting on the cart canal when he was supposed to be gathering carts. The only people willing and able to help were older, and were not allowed to operate the pallet truck. Also, today is Saturday, and this was my second trip into this HD to get salt. I stopped by Tuesday afternoon to get the salt. The shelf was empty, but there was a wrapped pallet way up high. I came back today, figuring someone would have brought the pallet down by now...nope. This time I waited a half hour while they located someone who could operate a fork truck. Not acceptable! This HD needs to can the current managers and promote the older employees to management. At least they understand good customer service and how to actually work hard!

Best Home Depot around

Can't praise Kara and Conrad enough for their friendly and knowledgeable service both today and yesterday. This is my Home Depot for further needs even though it is not as convenient for me to go to this one I will go out of my way to do so.

This is my third renovation for rental properties and my local Home Depot has always been there to assist me with sincere interest in my projects and help keep me within my budget which is very important to me.

wonderful customer service

My husband died less than a yr ago and I am now trying to do the fix - up projects around the house w/ help from neighbors. I usually don't know what I need but the workers have always been very helpful in directing me to what will work for me. I would not be able to figure these things out without their help. Fantastic Store to shop at as a whole

I have shopped at this store since opening. I have now re-located from 3 miles away to Mayfield. I still 90% of the time will drive to this location for my store needs because of the service, availability and support. John (One of the Store Manager(s)) keep up the good work! Helped me with pricing on my Milwaukee Packout purchases.
