The Greatest Estate Developer is a Korean webnovel written by BK_Moon and ilustrated by Manggi. It was serialized on NAVER Series from June 3rd, 2019 to November 12th, 2020. A manhwa adaptation adapted by Lee Hyunmin and illustrated by Kim Hyunsoo began on August 5th, 2021 on NAVER Webtoon.
The story follows a man named Suho Kim, who after suddenly waking up in the body of Lloyd Frontera, seeks to amass a fortune with the help of his trusty knight, fantastical servants, and civil engineering knowledge.
