Pros:

Fuss free arrangements got our car in no time and all in good condition.

Pros:

Vehicle size was exactly what we needed for four adults with luggage.

Cons:

Expected on airport office, or representative to meet us. Had to ask around to find out where the in town office was, and the hire a cab to get there and rent the vehicle. Confusion on turn-in. I was told a Budget rep would pick up the car at our hotel by Chiang Rai rep. When I called for pick-up in Chiang Mai I was told they did not pick up. Eventually they relented and picked up the car. Car pick-up person in Chiang Mai expected me to pay the rental fee even though I had already paid in Chaing Rai. Good thing I had the receipt to prove payment.

Very nice staff i suggested, but old and poor car that it really hard to accelerate speed.

Good and proper service, friendly contact when arrive the airport. What ever promised has delivered.

It was not clear that Thrifty is explored by Herz, so we had to search gyo find the right office on the airport of Chiangrai.
